Return or Exchange Policies

You are requested to record an unboxing video. Without an unboxing video showing that the products have been received in damaged condition, we will not entertain any return/exchange requests.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for damaged product during delivery, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You have options of replacing the damaged product with the same product, exchange it for different product of similar price, or a full refund to the original payment method. Exchange of products will be subject to availability.

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Any cancellation requests placed after the order is shipped will not be entertained. Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after we receive the damaged product back, or when an order is cancelled.

Refund will be done through online payment only.
